Our driver referral program allows us to reward you for referring your friends to join the Quality Carriers team. It's no secret, drivers want to hear from other drivers what it is like to work for Quality Carriers.

Who Qualifies to participate?

All Company Drivers and Independent Contractor Drivers working at company terminals and the families of all Company Drivers and Independent Contractor Drivers working at company terminals.

How does it work?

The process is simple, just tell your referred driver(s) to list your name on the application or use your personal application driver referral link. If your referred driver is on-boarded, you will earn and receive your payments per the schedule.

If your referred driver does not list your name on the application or use your personal application referral link, you will not be eligible to receive any referral payments.

What is the referral payment schedule?

Driver referral bonuses vary by the terminal, with a minimum of $1,500! Call or email us today to find out your terminals driver referral bonus amount and payout schedule details.

Is there a limit on the number of drivers I can refer?

NO! There is NO limit! You have unlimited earning potential.

What if multiple Drivers refer the same driver?

The credit will be given to the driver whose name appears on the application.

How will I get paid?         

Company Terminals:

  • All referral payouts are managed by the Driver Services Group in Tampa in coordination with the QC Payroll and settlements department.  Referrals by either you or your family will be paid in your paycheck or settlement, no later than 30 days from the date achieved.  You must be actively employed or contracted with QC at the time the payment is made to receive it.  All applicable payroll taxes and withholdings will be applied to QC company drivers.

Affiliate Terminals

  • All referral payouts are managed by the independently owned and operated affiliate terminal locations.

How do I get my personal application link? 

If you did not receive your personalized application link via email please send an email to driverreferral@qualitycarriers.comand a team member will reply back to your email with your personal application link, 3 customized social media posts, and a flyer for you to share with your friends.

A text message with your personalized application link will also be sent to you for easy mobile sharing.

We will also provide you with the name and phone number of the Recruiter assigned to your terminal to answer any questions you or your referral may have.

What if I need more social media posts and marketing materials?

We are here to provide you with the tools you need to be successful!

Send an email to driverreferral@qualitycarriers.comdetailing what you need, for example, " I need 3 Instagram posts", and a team member will reply back to your email.

What if my referral has questions about my terminal offerings?

There are a few ways for your referral to contact a driver services team member for more information.

How will I know if my referred driver is hired?

A member of the driver services team will contact you via email when we receive the application and if the driver is on-boarded - keeping you in the know!

The Company reserves the right to delete, modify, amend, or terminate the plan at any time with or without advance notice.  This incentive plan supersedes any other prior verbal or written incentive plans.  Nothing in this plan constitutes a contract of employment. Nothing in the plan alters the business relationship with an Independent contractor.

In the event of a dispute, the VP of Operations, VP of Driver Recruiting, and the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Driver Services shall serve as the Committee responsible for the interpretation of the plan and final determination of referral payouts under the plan.  In the event of a dispute, the Committee will have sole determination on who will receive a referral payment.
